This is 2012 Brad aka “Peak Brad”. Brad has used it exclusively for any required profile shot since 2012. He can’t see the point in taking another photo since that peak, after a great summer holiday left him lightly tanned and full of hope. This is Pete out late at a video shoot for a song about how life is like an avocado. You can see he is thrilled to be there after a full day of teaching and probably not much sleep after becoming a Dad a couple weeks before this moment. He promises to perk up for the next one.
