We’re here with GarageBand for iPad to see if we can make a hot hit with just an iPad.
This course is designed to help you get what you need with as little mucking around as possible. We’re teachers ourselves and know that PD can feel quite confronting. We're not going to say “quickly come on”. No quizzes, no marks, and no pressure. Just all of us getting better at our craft, while having some fun making music.
So a little about the history of this course. We were team-teaching at a school and designed stations in our room that the students would rotate around to. One of those stations was a GarageBand for iPad station and we called it the Creation Station™. And so, many of the resources that you'll interact with today are from that very station, and we hope you like them but please don't leave this course without knowing exactly what to do with them. If you’re in this course you’ve likely seen and used GarageBand for iPad, but, in this course, we are giving you the inside knowledge to make things easier. We’ve designed the course so you can have ongoing access to the resources to use in whatever learning management system your school utilises, like Canvas, Google Classroom, Moodle, or whatever!
